What’s been happening:

Since Grad School, I have lived in Florida but have accomplished Land Developments in North AMERICA and New Zealand. The 10-14 day schedules had me in Baja,Puerto Rico, and Canada. I was able to Participate in some remarkable landscapes (as well as photo, ski, bow hunt and fish). Site development in Colorado made me realize that the western slope is even better than New Zealand, where I lived for one year. In 2009 I completed my dream home at Gurley Lake Ranch, 21 miles west of Telluride, Sam Miquel, Colorado. It is in a 4400 acre Community Ranch with Horse Trails, Conservation Easements and a 320 acre Trout Fishery with two creeks and a few homes. www.gurleyproperties.com & www.realty1031sales.com With the FL Legislature I spearheaded the Growth Management & Wetlands Acts. I also completed 9 other Grad Courses in Economics at FSU, and have an Investment Program that must be reviewed for Investors and Land Developers (ALF thru Greystone LLC). The best experiences have been bowhunting the World, Photography, and appreciation of the Earth`s Habitats and game species. (Four Trips to Africa plus numerous trips to New Zealand, Canada and Mexico). I am on Muzzy Archery Pro Staff and SCI Archery Comm. Currently I am Developing ALF in FL & PA and have an Investment Group for Mazimizing ROI. alexsokolik1@gmail.com/970-327-0446/800-707-6567 x 3 / PSU 70 & 73.
